Boral is seeking a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude to join our Allocation team based in our North Ryde?Contact Centre.? Reporting to the Allocations Team Lead- Cement, you'd will be responsible for scheduling products to meet customer needs at the lowest cost.? You will be provided the opportunity to work between our operating hours of 4am-5pm Monday to Friday, a rotating Saturday from 6- 12pm and a monthly on-call Sunday.? Your day will involve: Identifying and delivering flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunities Developing and fostering effective intra/intercompany relationships and communication with our delivery partners in sales, fleet and operations Ensuring timely and accurate customer communications are aligned with effective allocations to exceed customer expectations Forward planning to provide efficient and effective logistics and resource allocation using Boral smart technology e.g. Inform Facilitating order fulfilment through effective order scheduling to maximise volume, profitability and customer service Ensuring key customers have service expectations consistently met and identifying additional sales and service opportunities What are we looking for?
