BCF Mandurah is looking for a Back‐of‐House Inventory Manager to keep the engine humming. This role is perfect for someone who loves stock flow, cycle counts and smooth receiving in a fast‐paced store.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in incoming inventory, including stock receipting, pallet control, and stocktakes.
* Oversee special orders, delivery pickups, and online order collections.
* Ensure daily procedures and policies are followed to maintain store compliance.
* Lead, develop, and motivate a team to reach their full potential and maintain safe and efficient stock routines.
* Thrive in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment.
Qualifications
* Be passionate about BCF, inspiring both the team and customers.
* Have a strong interest in store operations and procedures, ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
* Bring prior experience supervising or managing teams within retail operations.
* Have experience in stock control and administration highly desired.
