Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our governance and risk functions, ensuring the organisation operates effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks, including Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Plans.
They will also chair the Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee (ARIC) and provide high-quality governance advice to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide governance advice to senior stakeholders
* Manage statutory compliance and corporate registers
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in governance, law, policy, risk management or business
* Demonstrated experience in governance, legal, or administrative roles involving risk management practices
* Sound understanding of relevant legislation
* Proven ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality
