Key Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months of experience working as a Support Worker in Australia
* Completed Cert 3/4 Individual Support/Disability or equivalent
* Must be available for morning, afternoon, sleepover shifts and active nights
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Medication Administration Certificate and evidence of 6-months experience
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster) and Influenza
* Manual Handling Certificate and evidence of 6-months experience
* Working With Children Check
* Current Drivers licence with reliable transport
* It is desirable that you have flexibility to obtain a minimum of 3 shifts or more on a regular weekly basis

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to build their independence, develop daily living skills, and participate in their communities. Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting clients with personal care, domestic duties, and meal preparation
* Assisting with community participation, social outings, and recreational activities
* Helping clients achieve their individual goals and enhance their independence
* Documenting daily progress and reporting any concerns
* Working collaboratively with care teams and other staff
