Job Title
A successful and driven Sales Support Specialist is required to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with Key Account Managers to build strong relationships with customers, provide product information and undertake a variety of administrative tasks.
* Making outbound calls and arranging meetings with the Account Management team.
* Processing quotations and sales orders efficiently.
* Lead generation and cold calling to a range of different customers.
* Data entry and other administrative duties as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales support role.
* Previous experience processing orders in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
* Experience with calendar and booking management is an asset.
* Excellent communication skills are essential.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
