About us:Subacute, Ambulatory and Community Services (SACS) reports under Rockhampton Capricorn Coast and Mount Morgan. The aim of the Division is to support integrated models of care across the continuum of health care focusing on alternatives to hospital care, pre and post discharge planning and to ensure integration with community-based partner organisations and acute services.About the role:To provide efficient reception and booking services for business units, patients, consumers and carers of the Rockhampton Community and Public Health Service.
