As Category Manager, you will be responsible for generating insights to inform our channel, category, and shopper strategies.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in category management, strategic thinking, and commercial leadership.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing a rolling 18-month category strategy and plan using shopper, category, and consumer insights
* Aligning our Customer and Kellogg category visions, growth drivers, strategies to win, objectives, and success metrics (volume, $, share, and profit)
* Managing and recommending range and space in-store by leading the range review process across all portfolios
* Leading the range reviews and planning day in partnership with the National Business Manager and relevant stakeholders
* Management of Category-related strategic projects
* Lead commercial innovation
