About the Role:
As a Digital Startup Generalist, you'll focus on tasks that enhance user experience finding the best possible property. You'll be instrumental in technology, AI, product development and marketing, shaping our offerings and driving engagement.
Potential Tasks (depending on your skills and our needs):
* Collaborate with the product and development team to enhance user interfaces and overall user experience.
* Engage with customers to gain insights and ensure their needs are met.
* Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
* Create/manage compelling content for digital campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
* Help build our reputation in the industry with authoritative commentary on the Australian real estate market.
* Engage with analytics to help prioritise opportunities for maximising growth.
Required Skills and Traits:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong desire to understand customer needs.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and reprioritise easily according to changing priorities.
* Team-oriented with a hands-on, pragmatic, proactive attitude.

* Sophisticated use of LLMs.
* Experience in user experience (UX) design.
* Experience with technologies like Microsoft Clarity, Figma, Webflow, Memberstack, Google Analytics, JIRA, Jupyter Notebooks, Klaviyo python, pandas.
* Basic SQL or spreadsheet skills for data analysis.
* Basic graphic design skills or front end web skills.
* Interest in current affairs, economics, liveability and the real estate market.
* Project management experience
