A leading community support organization requires a Workforce Planner to ensure customers receive optimal care and service.
* Develop and manage schedules
* Respond promptly to changing demands and requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Proven experience in workforce planning or a related field is highly desirable but not essential. Relevant qualifications such as degree certifications etc can be useful. On-the-job training is also available for successful applicants who lack experience but possess potential.
