This position involves offering diary management, office support, contributing to broader projects and providing ad-hoc assistance as needed. You will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive work atmosphere and culture that is resourceful, engaging, safe and efficient.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated success in supporting a Senior Manager in a Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant capacity or similar. A minimum of three years experience in a similar role is required. Experience working within a team or business that provides social/community services is highly desirable.
You must possess a high level of integrity and initiative, with a willingness to assist colleagues and motivate others. Proficiency in software such as TRIM, TechOne and Pathways is ideal but not essential.
