Key Responsibilities
 * Team Leadership: Supervise staff, manage attendance, breaks, and rosters; provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
 * Operations Management: Oversee daily workflow from sales orders to deliveries; liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and service providers.
 * Human Resources: First point of contact for staff issues or concerns; assist with onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
 * Reporting and Communication: Provide weekly updates on team performance and operational KPIs.
Requirements and Qualifications
 * Proven experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or retail management.
 * Strong people leadership skills, with experience in managing staff day-to-day.
 * Good understanding of business operations (sales, inventory, admin).
 * Hands-on problem-solving mindset.
