About the Role
As a member of our Gym Crew, you'll be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You'll support our valued members, assist with maintaining equipment and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment. If you're keen, there's also an opportunity to lead group fitness classes, creating engaging and exciting sessions for our members.
This casual role offers up to 12-20 hours per week.

Skills and Experience
A Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent) is essential
Friendly and approachable, with excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills to engage with members and team members
Flexibility to travel between 24fit locations as needed
Attention to detail in maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Availability to work versatile shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
