Senior Electrical Engineer (Relocate to Tasmania)

Responsibilities
Lead a small engineering team to successfully deliver complex electrical engineering solutions for projects within requirements, schedule and budget in your areas of expertise.
Provide mentorship and leadership to your team; may include leading extended teams to achieve non-technical project outcomes.
Be accountable for the team's performance in achieving schedule, quality, and budget targets.
Prepare and produce electrical designs to meet project requirements, specifications, budgets, and timeframes, reporting to the Principal Engineer and/or Project Manager.
Liaise directly with clients to develop and refine scopes of work as needed.
About you
Ideally based in Launceston with unrestricted Australian work rights.
Electrical Engineering degree with five-plus years of proven experience within automation, Defence, energy, utilities or manufacturing sectors.
Eligible for state-based engineering registration in Electrical Engineering.
Verifiable knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
