Senior Service Lead - Environmental Instrumentation

With continued expansion in Western Australia, we are now seeking a Senior Service Lead to strengthen its technical capability and drive future growth in the region.

Your New Role:
Based in the Perth office, you will take on a senior, hands‑on technical leadership role supporting a growing portfolio of environmental monitoring and process instrumentation projects across the resource sector.
You will:
* Lead and mentor junior technicians while helping build a local WA service team
* Oversee installation, commissioning and maintenance of environmental monitoring systems
* Support major clients across mining and industrial operations
* Work closely with the Commercial and Operations leadership to shape the WA strategy
* Maintain strong relationships with customers while representing our well‑regarded culture
* Balance hands‑on work with developing future team capability
Travel is primarily local, with occasional short trips to project sites (2-3 days at a time).
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Strong technical background in instrumentation, environmental monitoring or process control
* Experience supporting mining or industrial clients
* Ability to lead, mentor and set high service standards
* A collaborative and personable approach aligned with our client's culture
* Motivation to take on a long-term leadership position in a growing WA operation
* Cert III Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
