What You'll Be Doing
The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve people-focused quality care.
Selection Criteria
* Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a way that respects the rights of individuals and works within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts by managing own emotional responses and interacting professionally.
* Evidence of participation in professional development and commitment to maintaining competence, with a willingness to apply and share expertise with colleagues.
* Knowledge of and ability to work within a person-centered approach to nursing with a willingness to embrace change in care delivery.
* Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
