Full-time on-site role for Construction Supervisor based in Dubbo, NSW.
The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise site staff, inspect progress, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills and site supervision experience to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
Proficiency in conducting site inspections and ensuring high standards of work.
Knowledge and understanding of construction safety principles and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Relevant certifications or licenses in construction safety and supervision preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
