Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker with strong night duty experience for a permanent part‐time opportunity (45 hours per fortnight) and casual night duty shifts. The role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high‐quality, person‐centred care to our residents during overnight shifts.
Duties
* Care and services are delivered in accordance with the agreed Care Plan.
* Personal care: personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral and dental care, and continence care.
* Mobility support, including the use of aids and falls prevention.
* Assisting with eating and drinking, with awareness of special dietary requirements.
* Basic skin care: repositioning and application of skin creams.

To be successful you will need
* Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or currently studying) – MANDATORY.
* NDIS Worker Clearance – MANDATORY.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Experience in providing personal care in an aged care setting.
* Passion for delivering a person‐centred approach to care.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Compassionate and empathetic nature.
