About the Role
You'll be the on-site right hand to the Site Manager, helping drive the delivery of a landmark social housing project in Nowra. From groundworks to handover, you'll be instrumental in coordinating trades, maintaining safety and quality standards, and keeping the program on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
* Maintain safety, quality, and compliance across all stages
* Monitor progress and assist with reporting and issue resolution

What We're Looking For
* Experience supervising commercial or residential projects $10M+
* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Solid understanding of construction programs and safety compliance
* Trade background or relevant qualifications preferred
* South Coast experience or local knowledge a bonus
