This hands-on role supports organisational objectives by maintaining compliance with safety standards, optimising stock levels, and ensuring the effective movement of goods.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehousingReceive, unload, and process incoming goods, including forklift operation (as required)Prepare and package outbound shipments; coordinate freight activitiesMaintain accurate stock records using our ERP systemApply quality control procedures to incoming and outgoing goodsPrepare delivery documentation and proof of delivery recordsLogistics and ExportLiaise with customs brokers and freight forwardersFacilitate shipping and equipment deployment activitiesMaintain licences related to the export of goodsManage sales order fulfilment and transportation cycle processesEquipment and SafetyOperate forklifts and material handling equipment (if licensed)Conduct equipment checks and report maintenance requirementsAdhere to all WHS policies and proceduresEnsure cleanliness and organisation of the warehouseEssential Qualifications And Skills RequiredMinimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environmentDemonstrated experience with Warehouse/Inventory Management SystemsStrong attention to detail with sound organisational and time-management skillsEffective communicator and team player with sound problem-solving abilitiesHigh Risk Work Licence – Forklift (Class LF)Physically fit to meet the inherent requirements of the role (lifting up to 20kg, extended standing/walking)Commitment to workplace safety and manual handling best practicesDesirableQualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldExperience using Pronto Xi ERP and Monday.comTo apply; please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
