We're looking for multiple passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis at our Taree location.

You'll empower people with disability to live as independently and confidently as possible — building daily living skills, maintaining well‑being, and fostering inclusion in the community.

In this role, you will:

* Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence (e.g. showering, toileting, continence support).
* Support safe manual handling and mobility using hoists and other aids.
* Follow individual care plans to meet health needs such as epilepsy or wound care.
* Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes in line with mealtime management plans.
* Enable customers to participate in everyday activities — from household tasks to social and community outings.

About You
