Job Summary
This is a key role within our organization that requires strong customer service and project management skills. As a Network Customer Relations professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and professional responses.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing retailer and large enterprise customer portfolios, including handling and preparing applications, contract amendments, enquiries, quotations and invoicing.
This position also involves overseeing and managing customer interactions, ensuring high standards of communication, timely updates, progress visibility, and customer correspondence for network recoverable works.
We are seeking a skilled professional with the ability to manage multiple project management related activities and proficient in MS Office Suite. Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is essential for this role.
