We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our operations across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you will work closely with the local ANZ team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Processing orders in Valmet's ERP.
Handle phone and email communication with internal teams and customers.
Expedite dispatch and delivery of goods via supply units and shipping companies.
Assist with service deliveries and organise parts for repair when required.
Support the team to prepare quotations
Follow up on quotations, invoices, and delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and files for all orders.
Support the Senior Sales coordinator
