- My client is a well-known property developer in Perth looking for their next Office Coordinator. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their skill set and work within a fast-growing business.**Your new role**
- As the Office Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and stakeholders. You will assist staff members with some general administration tasks when required as well as coordinating events as required. Main responsibilities will include managing and answering a busy switchboard and fulfilling front of house duties such as but not limited to:
- Providing professional and friendly customer service.
- Maintaining and ordering of office supplies.
- Organising travel, meetings and events as required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Your previous experience in a similar industry as a receptionist will lead you to your success, as will;- Ability to plan your work but prioritise tasks in order of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
