Duties
* Report to the Managing Director of Heavens Portfolio Australia
* Develop and implement strategies that supports the sales & marketing deliverablesfor outbound sales from Australia & New Zealand
* Generate sales revenue and bookings byqualifyingand educatingthe market– focus on travel trade
* Utilise SalesForce on a daily and weekly basis to track Sales Activities and Enquiries for reporting
* Support sales activities in developing related initiatives for the Australian & New Zealand markets
* Maintain and develop strong traditional and online travel trade relationships, and have proven track record of selling-in success
* Identify, cultivate and manage high-level relationships with industry experts and trade partners
* Regularly localize/translate/distribute and sell-in sales material to trade partners
* Liaising with Tourism Board and airline partners in developing FAM trip opportunities
* Conduct market researchand be an expert on outbound travel from Australia & New Zealand
* To perform sales calls and missions to travel agencies, corporate accounts and MICE planners in the given territories and to build relationships and develop business opportunities
* Plan and manage trade events and interview opportunities for clients as needed
* Liaising with luxury brands and relevant partners for special projects and events, or joint promotion opportunities
* Update and maintain trade profile and database
* Experience of producing and presenting reports showcasing ROI
* Regular monitoring of competitor activities and other administrative responsibilities
* As a dynamic and agile team, we expect employee to be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed

Requirement
* Hospitality, Business orMarketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Minimum 5 yearsin luxury sales, preferably for travel trade
* This role requires candidates to be located in Sydney, Australia
* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Sales Manager
* Established relationships with the luxury travel trade segment
* Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the unique sales dynamics of the B2B environment is a plus
* Existing relations and connection with potential clients network
* Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* A positive and humble attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and take direction, and a keen sense of etiquette and professionalism in all interactions
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve KPI targets
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Candidates who have previously developed his/her career within a luxury setting
* Candidates expect to go through a systematic intensive training program
* However, candidates with minimal or no travel practice and passion will not be considered
