Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, nursing or another clinical discipline related to mental health and registration with the appropriate professional body such as AHPRA or AASW.
* Experience working with people's mental health and well-being, leading to the provision of inclusive and high-quality therapeutic services, with a solution-focused approach.
* Skills and experience in assessment, formulation, diagnosis, and provision of evidence-based psychological treatments for mental health disorders.
* Experience conducting risk assessments of people and developing effective risk management plans.
