Responsibilities
* Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
* Completing reference checks, Vevo and Criminal Checks
* Writing and placing job adverts
* Assist with filling high-volume client job orders
* Handle general administration tasks
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and effective time management
* Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
* Proactive problem-solving approach
* Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
* Ability to excel in a small, efficient team
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
