The Opportunity
This position combines technical sales and business development within the pumping and fluid transfer sector. You'll work closely with consultants, contractors, councils, industrial clients, utilities, and facilities teams, providing engineered solutions across commercial, industrial, mining, and municipal applications.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new project opportunities across industrial, commercial, mining, municipal, and infrastructure sectors
* Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, integrators, councils, asset owners, and project stakeholders
* Provide technical guidance, system recommendations, sizing, and specification support
* Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and system documentation
* Collaborate with engineering, projects, and service teams to ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and delivery requirements
* Achieve revenue and growth targets in line with business strategy
* Represent the brand professionally at site visits, client meetings, and industry events

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in technical sales, pump systems, fluid transfer, mechanical equipment, hydraulics, water treatment, or industrial engineering
* Experience selling Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps Highly regarded
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from site managers to engineering consultants
* Commercial acumen with the ability to manage longer sales cycles and technical project requirements
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality outcomes
* Experience across NSW/QLD industrial, commercial, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable

Base $100k–$120k | Super | Car Allowance | Commissions
