Your new role: As a Senior Social Worker (HP4) within the Acute Surgical Team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based social work services to adults experiencing complex medical, psychosocial and decision-making challenges. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering advanced psychosocial assessment, intervention and evaluation for acute surgical patients * Managing complex discharge planning, trauma-informed care, grief and bereavement support * Supporting adults with impaired decision-making capacity, including QCAT processes * Acting as a clinical resource and mentor to less experienced clinicians and students About you: You are an experienced Social Worker who thrives in complex, fast-paced clinical environments and brings confidence, compassion and leadership to your practice.
