About The Role
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for processing supplier payments, supporting payment accuracy, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will:
* Accurately process invoices, credit notes and payment runs
* Assist with account reconciliations and month-end processes
* Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on discrepancies
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure appropriate coding and approvals
* Maintain vendor accounts and respond to supplier queries in a timely, professional manner
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function
About You
To succeed at AIRR, you will have:
* Understanding of accounts payable, accounts administration, or similar support roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, efficient, and adaptable in an agile environment
