This company manages a 51-hectare precinct and oversees $300 million in property assets. As a key member of the financial team, this role will provide high-level financial and management reporting to support business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate preparation of monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports with variance analysis.
* Annual budget coordination with business unit managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Financial modeling for project, lease, and capital investment analysis.
* Asset register management, depreciation, and valuation adjustments to maintain accurate records.
* Support for audits, statutory compliance, and tax reporting obligations.
* Enhancement of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to improve efficiency.
* Ongoing continuous improvement in financial operations and business performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate will possess 5–7 years' experience in management accounting, preferably within property or infrastructure sectors. Essential skills include advanced Excel capabilities, strong commercial acumen, and attention to detail, coupled with effective communication skills to convey insights to non-financial stakeholders.
