Role Summary:
The SailPoint IDN Lead is responsible for leading the team carrying out design, implementation, and managing the operations of SailPoint IdentityNow solution in production enviornment. This includes working closely with stakeholders during deployment, and post-implementation phases to ensure successful delivery of identity governance and access management capabilities and manage operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a large IAM team delivering the solution via DevSecOps delivery approach
Lead the installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityNow in client environments
Collaborate with clients on user testing, debugging, and support post-implementation
Design and implement complex identity use cases, including provisioning, access certification, and lifecycle management
Utilize IDN search APIs and web services for custom integrations
Provide technical leadership during pre-sales activities, including demos and RFP creation
Partner with project managers on scope, schedule, and documentation
Maintain and monitor the SailPoint IDN solution and
Continuous improvements around the IAM Platform specifically around monitoring / observability
Lead and support resolution of Major / Critical incidents (P1/P2) around the IAM platform (Sailpoint IdentityNow)

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and operations experience
10+ years in enterprise software development or systems integration
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, provisioning, and compliance.
Proficiency in technologies such as:
Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, AngularJS
XML, SPML/SOAP, REST APIs
LDAP, Active Directory
Databases: Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL
Operating Systems: Windows, Unix/Linux
Experience with enterprise systems like SAP, PeopleSoft is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
SailPoint IdentityNow Certified Engineer (or willingness to certify within 6 months)
Experience with QA/testing, including usability and performance testing.
Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and DSAR workflows
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

2. Stakeholder coordination & audit assistance
a. Liaise with stakeholders in relation to cyber security issues and provide timely support and future recommendations
b. Provide assistance in maintaining an information security risk register and help with internal and external audits relating to information security
c. Support audit of security best practices and implementation of security principles across the organization, to meet business goals along with customer and regulatory requirements
d. Assist with the creation, maintenance and delivery of cyber security awareness training to team members and customers
e. Provide training to employees on issues such as spam and unwanted or malicious emails
