You’ll provide high-level support to Partners and senior stakeholders while also being a trusted point of contact for clients. This role is based in the office 5 days per week. Key responsibilities Diary, travel & meeting coordination for senior stakeholders Preparing, formatting & finalising complex legal documents Managing billing, expenses & matter financials with precision Handling client queries & supporting BD initiatives Maintaining accurate records & client information Contributing to smooth team operations with a proactive approach What You'll Bring To be super successful in this position, you’ll hold 3–4 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary. While experience in the Energy & Resources legal sector will be highly advantageous, it’s not essential. Expertise supporting at Partner level will also come highly regarded. You’ll have a proactive mindset, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. High-level proficiency across Ms Office, and confidence with billing and CRM systems is a must!
