Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by actively engaging with them and sharing your knowledge of our products. You will also contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centered around safety and regulatory compliance.
As a key member of our team, you will complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* You must have current industry RSA, RCG module 1 and Gaming Licence qualifications as a minimum.
* You should have experience in gaming environments and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
* You must be great with people, detail, and communication.
* You must be motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
