Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Post-secondary qualifications in Welfare, Social Work or Child Development
* Current Victorian drivers licence
* Current CPR and First Aid certification
* Demonstrated ability to create safe environments for children and young people
* Knowledge and understanding of issues surrounding out-of-home care systems
