Job Description
In this role, you will:
Lead the strategic development of the school savvy hub
Coordinate partnerships with schools, community groups, health, and government sectors
Champion child and family voice, community co-design, and inclusive practice
Guide a small team of staff and volunteers to deliver real outcomes
Oversee funding, reporting, and performance targets
Make a difference in the lives of First Nations, CALD, and vulnerable families
Desired Skills And Experience
Desired Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in human services, education, community development, a related field or significant experience
* Significant experience in leading community-based programs or multi-agency partnerships
* Strong leadership and team management skills, including supervision and staff development
* Proven ability to develop and manage partnerships across sectors (education, health, government, community)
* Experience working with diverse communities, particularly First Nations and CALD families, in culturally safe ways
* Knowledge of child development, family wellbeing, and the social determinants of health
* Skilled in project coordination, program planning, and continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
* Experience in funding compliance, reporting, and managing service contracts
* High level of digital literacy and data-informed decision-making
* Current Driver's Licence, Blue Card, Yellow Card (NDIS), and satisfactory National Police Check
