Key Account Manager for Mining & Industrial Business
Drive growth and performance in a dynamic business environment by developing and executing sales strategies across the East Coast of Australia. Key responsibilities include:
* Creating and implementing annual sales plans tailored to customer portfolios.
* Delivering targeted financial performance through volume, gross margin, and debt management.
* Maintaining compliance with Castrol policies regarding safety, credit, and contractual risk.
* Developing prospecting strategies for key accounts, incorporating data gathering, market insights, customer relationship management, and tender processes.
Requirements for this role include:
* Proven experience in B2B sales management with complex customers.
* Ability to engage multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization.

* A track record of delivering sales targets and performance metrics.
* Capacity to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans.
* Lubricants and technical product knowledge, while advantageous, is not essential.
