The role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced pharmacist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with pharmacy, nursing and medical staff, Patient Safety Managers, and consumers to champion safe medication practices across the hospital. You will lead initiatives such as Medication Safety Walkarounds, oversee the Safe Use of Medicines Committee, and contribute to incident reviews and policy development. This is a unique opportunity to drive quality improvement, support NSQHS Standard 4 compliance, and develop your skills in clinical leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
