To achieve this, we need the right Quality Manager to maintain our established Quality Management System, ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and Australian standards, and provide interdepartmental support across all facets of the business.
About the Position
Based out of our modern Pakenham facilities, this is a hands-on, interdepartmental role, focused on governance, compliance, and operational support and management. You will work closely with operations, projects, workshops, and corporate teams to maintain excellence, enforce standards, and ensure audit-ready compliance at all times.
About You
You are driven, authoritative, and detail-focused, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of our business. You take pride in upholding standards, enforcing compliance, and delivering measurable results.
If you have:
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality compliance role of at least 2 years
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Australian quality standards
* Experience maintaining and auditing established QMS processes
* Internal Auditor qualification or equivalent auditing experience
* Strong document control and compliance management skills
* A tertiary education in engineering or a related field
* Ability to provide practical, business-wide support across multiple teams
