As a strategic leader in supply chain management, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the international and local supply chain strategy for a leading organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global supply chain management, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end supply chains, including strategy, planning, forecasting, procurement, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment. They will also have deep knowledge of warehousing, international logistics, 3PL management, and modern inventory systems/technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to drive business growth and profitability
* Manage a team of onshore and offshore resources to ensure seamless supply chain operations
* Oversee supply chain operations across APAC, China, and the USA
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
* MBA degree preferred
* Minimum 10 years of experience in global supply chain management
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
