The Role Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances Prepare and post journal entries for routine transactions and adjustments Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation Review and analyse expense accounts to identify variances and support cost control Assist with GST/BAS returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations Support preparation of financial statements and management reports Provide documentation for internal and external audits Ensure adherence to company policies, AASB/IFRS standards, and regulatory requirements Assist with end-of-month closing activities and reconciliations Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments Maintain vendor records and resolve payment queries Prepare and issue customer invoices Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Respond promptly and professionally to franchisee invoice queries Your Profile You'll thrive in this role if you: Recent graduate (within 2 years) in Accounting, Finance, or related field Solid understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with accounting software Excellent communication and organizational skills Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Adaptable, flexible, and professional Applicants must have full working rights in Australia Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
