Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in markets, trading, and financial analysis, as well as the ability to follow a structured process and work independently in a remote environment. Additionally, experience with MT4/MT5, TradingView, or similar tools is a plus.
Benefits
This is a performance-only role, where traders earn a share of the profits generated with firm capital. Our compensation structure offers a clear pathway for capital scaling, with a profit split ranging from 65% to 90%, based on performance tiers.
