The Talent, Learning and Development Coordinator supports the effective delivery of learning, leadership, and talent programs across the Pacific by managing program coordination, systems, communications, and reporting. In addition, the role provides coordination and administrative support to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, including program delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications, and data reporting.
About the role
* Work effectively with the Shared Services Centre (SSC) team, and ensure value is gained from the offshoring relationship. Identify opportunities for continual improvement and efficiencies.
* Work with the SSC to set up learning offerings and events ensuring they are reflected accurately in Talent Coach (Learning Management System).
* Draft communications to promote learning, including monthly newsletters, training announcements, manager and participant emails.
* Manage the coordination of Pacific leadership and talent programs which may include processing nominations, preparing invites and letters, sending out details around course work, coordinating with internal and external speakers, organising transport and venues for off-site programs.
* Work effectively with external providers/partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
* Prepare training materials where they cannot be shared electronically. This includes user manuals, workbooks, quick reference guides, posters, reference sheets, attendance sheets and other resources required for program delivery.
* Produce reporting, or partner with the SSC to do so, and work with data to provide insights and follow up activities.
* Provide administrative support to TL&D team with other ad hoc tasks including booking training rooms, creating and testing links, arranging IT equipment and set-up, table set-ups, catering, booking flights and travel arrangements, completing expense reports.
* Support DE&I Manager to implement Pacific DE&I programs for key calendar events/initiatives.
* Maintain DE&I external relationships and establish first point of contact with external DE&I partners.
About you
* Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
* Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
* Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
