About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all.
* Greet clients and staff with a warm and welcoming smile
* Answer and transfer telephone calls in a professional manner
* Distribute incoming and prepare outgoing mail with accuracy and attention to detail
* Set up and prepare meeting rooms for the day, ensuring everything is in order
* Organize, clean and maintain the staff kitchen, keeping it tidy and well-stocked
* Assist with catering, stationery and IT requirements, providing excellent support to our teams
* Help with opening files, conducting searches and archiving files, ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A high level of organization and attention to detail
* The ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities with ease
* A professional and polished telephone manner
