Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in import/export, Cargowise operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Confidently handle quoting, job closure, and reporting for agents.
* Collaborate with and lead the operations team on day‐to‐day operations.
* Conduct interstate client onboarding trips (approximately 2 days every 3 months).
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
* Proven experience managing customer service, quoting, and job closure processes.
* Strong reporting and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
