The Opportunity
You will work directly with the Founder and Director of CK Connect every day.
Not buried in a team of 30.
Not lost in corporate process.
But involved in real deals, real clients, and real pressure.

What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting live recruitment work with the Director
• Learning how to run professional conversations with candidates and clients
• Making outbound calls and building confidence on the phone
• Managing candidate pipelines and CRM activity
• Helping close deals and seeing how commercial recruitment really works
• Being involved in the day-to-day realities of running a growing business
You won't be hidden behind admin. You'll be in the action.
