About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll manage a well‐organised, medium‐sized portfolio located in the southern suburbs with administrative and account support, and hands‐on, supportive leadership. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner and tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top‐tier service.
The Duties
* Overseeing a small team
* Listing and advertisement of properties
* Open inspections and private viewings
* Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues and contractors
* Lease renewals, tenant selection and property appraisals
* PCRs and routine inspections
* Repairs and maintenance
* Rental arrears management
Skills & Experience
* Previous PM experience is essential
* Experience in Property Management – advantageous
* Initiative and a passion for the industry
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
* High level of care and customer service
* Highly efficient negotiation and problem‐solving skills
