Description Create your best future and join the Mortgages Risk team as a Senior Manager, Fraud & Financial Crime Specialist. What’s the role? You’ll play a key role in protecting our mortgages business by strengthening how we identify, manage and respond to Fraud and Financial Crime risks across the end-to-end value chain. This role is all about partnering with the business to make risk practical, visible and embedded in everyday decisions, while balancing customer needs and commercial outcomes. You’ll lead core elements of the Risk Management Framework for Fraud and Financial Crime, from risk identification and control effectiveness through to incident management, root cause analysis and thematic insights. You’ll work closely with first- and second-line teams, providing trusted advice, supporting remediation activity and helping the business stay ahead of current and emerging risks. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with flexible and hybrid working supported. What do I need?
