**Role Purpose**:
As a Power Generation Maintenance Supervisor, your role encompasses:
- Efficiently maintaining power generation assets.
- Acting as the main link between the Operational Control Centre and on-site operations.
- Managing the Power Generation Specialists team to achieve objectives.
- Ensuring efficient outage programs for power generation equipment.
- Implementing change management programs for enhancing asset reliability, operations interface, workforce performance, and culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Direct**:
- Supervising maintenance activities for compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinating with the Operations Control Centre.
- Monitoring the performance of power generation facilities and equipment.
- Ensuring the availability and reliability of power generation facilities.
- Conducting toolbox talks, job safety observations, and health and safety audits.
- Managing and maintaining a team of skilled individuals.
- Communicating and implementing changes in policies and procedures.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ensuring power and heat production meets the needs of internal wastewater treatment plants and external power supply targets.
**Human Resources**:
- Leading and managing the team.
