Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to HR operations by preparing documentation, including probation confirmations, parental leave letters, salary packaging letters, and change of role or salary letters.
* Assist the Human Resources Coordinator with onboarding new starters, including conducting references and police checks and setting up new employees in the HRIS.
* Partner with the Learning and Development Executive to coordinate the firm's L&D programs and events, including room bookings, catering requests, and calendar appointments.
* Sometimes provide reception coverage support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
* Equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent time management capabilities.
* Strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
