Sales Success: Drive residential sales across all customer segments to meet and exceed budget targets.

Customer Satisfaction (DIFOT): Deliver in full, on time—every time.
Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing team.

About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role—ideally in trade, manufacturing, or building supply
